Dr Jiang LONG, a MD/Ph.D. in Psychiatry and Mental Health, is a psychiatrist researcher and the head of the external collaboration office at Shanghai Mental Health Center, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine (a National Center for Mental Diseases and WHO Collaborating Centre for Research and Training in Mental Health). He served as a full-time consultant to Alcohol, Drugs, Addictive Behaviours at the headquarters of World Health Organization in Switzerland (WHO-HQs). Dr Long has his Ph.D. in Psychiatry and Mental Health from Xiangya School of Medicine, Central South University, a WHO collaborating centre for substance use. In Belgium, Dr Long completed his joint Ph.D. training in Psychopathology at Psychological Sciences Research Institute, Université Catholique de Louvain. He has been a member of the WHO Technical Working Group on Behavioral addiction and holds board membership in the China Association of Drug Abuse Prevention and Treatment (CADAPT) and other Societies.
