The main focus will be on the treatment of Opioid Use Disorders with methadone or buprenorphne as well as information on the provision of MAT for other chemical addictions.
This event wil also provide the opportunity to hear how services have evolved and developed telehealth mediated MAT (Mediated Assisted Treatment for Opioid Use Disorder) in countries with comparable per capita drug related death rates, for example Cananad and the US.
Experts will speak on the applicability of the legal and pharmacy related implicatons to delivery of telehealth delivery of MAT in Scotland.
